Mindful Yoga classes feature a complete physical practice weaving a theme of Mindfulness. Participants leave the mat with a cleansed body, a new lens on life and a joyful, centered soul.

Mindful yoga is a slow flow combined with holding postures and integrating breath. Using the breath as an anchor, the practice will involve strength and activation as well as softening muscles and continually gladdening the heart. Classes integrate a full physical practice and will weave a theme of Mindfulness. Mindful Yoga provides the container for a full mind and body experience leading to transformation both physically and mentally.
