PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES

Payment Policy

Your session is confirmed upon receipt of a registration form and a payment. Both are required to secure your booking.

Payment is required no later than one week prior to the start of class, but it’s preferred immediately after registering.

Pay via Interac (laurie@lauriepiazza.ca), cheque made payable to Laurie Piazza or cash.

Refund Policies

Group Sessions Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued if your cancellation occurs before the first class in the session. After classes begin, a partial refund is possible only if your space can be filled by someone on the waitlist.

Private Mindful Yoga Sessions

There are no refunds given for cancelling private and semi-private bookings. Should you need to change a prescheduled class in your session, 24-hour notice is required. Rescheduling a class is subject to the instructor’s availability and will look to be rescheduled during the same week of the cancellation.

Access Bars® Sessions

There are no refunds given for cancelling Access Bars® sessions. Should you need to change scheduled appointment, 24-hour notice is required but a $25.00 fee applies regardless. Appointments will be rescheduled in the next available time slot, on a Friday.
